TacitPA is a website and service that provides users with access to a network of professional Personal Assistants. TacitPA is a division of Tacit Scribes, LLC.

TACITPA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE OPERATION OF THE TACITPA WEBSITE OR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS ON THE TACITPA WEBSITE OR SERVICES. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of TacitPA. TacitPA may assign these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.

19. Counterparts
These Terms and Conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
